InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the opening of the Crowne Plaza Tequendama Suites in Bogotá, located next to the Crowne Plaza Tequendama, both properties of the Tequendama Hotel Society, in Colombia.
The 30-story, 271-suite Crowne Plaza Tequendama Suites is located in the Tequendama International Center, a mixed-use construction that features meeting rooms, offices and apartments. In its surroundings there is a financial district, shopping shops, gourmet restaurants and cultural attractions. It is also located 20 minutes from Eldorado International Airport.
The hotel, which was a conversion of an independent property, underwent extensive renovation and offers options with spacious suites (luxury and executive club), ranging from 580 square feet to 1,000 square feet.
It also features marble and wood décor, along with a variety of amenities, including a spa center, a health and fitness center, a business center, four restaurants, and an indoor pool. The new property also has three meeting rooms located on the 30th floor and can accommodate up to 700 people.
