Estelar Parque de la 93 and Estelar Calle 100 are the two new properties of this hotel chain in the capital of Colombia. The first will open on June 14, while the 100th Street hotel is still under construction and is expected to become operational next year.
The Estelar Parque de la 93 is part of the Chain's Prime line and was developed under five-star parameters, for which there was an approximate investment of $ 36,000 million (about US $ 20 million), in addition, the hotel stands out for being located in one of the most important areas of the city.
The property has 109 rooms and four multifunctional rooms, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, so it is evident that its approach will be oriented to both leisure travelers and business tourists, as well as the organization of events and meetings.
In this regard, Miguel Diez, President of Hoteles Estelar pointed out that "the differentiator of Estelar Parque de la 93 is its design and warmth; in this you will find an atmosphere different from any other hotel, fundamentally we wanted to locate ourselves in a first-class niche, where what prevails is the personalized service that characterizes the chain".
