Cristina Llopis Andreu, from Alcoy (Alicante) with her recipe of a thousand crispy eggplant leaves with tuna and mushrooms, has been the winner of the contest organized by the Hotel La Reserva, in San Leonardo de Yagüe, to find the most original recipe with mushrooms.
The winner will be awarded a prize consisting of two nights at the Hotel La Reserva (San Leonardo de Yagüe, Soria) on a bed and breakfast basis for two people. Cristina and her companion will be able to enjoy unlimited gym and get a one-hour bonus at the spa.
