TRYP promotes a campaign for its customers to have free internet forever

16 June, 2011 by mkidiso

TRYP by Wyndham, a chain of urban establishments owned by the North American group Wyndham and managed by Meliá International Hotels, has just inaugurated its new website tryphotels.com.  On this new website, in addition to making their reservations with the guarantee of obtaining the best rate, customers can find information on all TRYP by Wyndham hotels and recommendation of the best plans for their visits to the main cities in which the chain has a hotel, such as Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Paris or Berlin.

To celebrate the premiere of the new website tryphotels.com, TRYP by Wyndham launches the "Internet costs nothing" Rate with which this summer all its customers will enjoy free internet access during their stay in any of the hotels of the chain in Spain. In this way, TRYP by Wyndham guests will be able to search the internet for all the information they need before leaving their rooms: the routes they will travel each day in their visits to the city, museum schedules, weather forecast, the location of the best restaurants, being connected with their usual contacts and working when they are on a business trip. All to plan a perfect stay in your destination city and at no additional cost for browsing the network of networks.

Internet access is the most demanded service by customers when booking a hotel to stay. Aware of this, TRYP by Wyndham has decided to organize the campaign Free Sail forever among its customers so that they get access to the internet in their hotels at no cost. Customers only have to enter the web: www.tryphotels.com/navega-gratis and send a vote by mail. It is not necessary for this, to make any reservation. In the event that the 10,000 requests are reached before August 31, the hotel chain undertakes to turn internet access into a free service forever in all its Spanish establishments. It is a pioneering initiative in the hotel industry, since it is the first time that a company decides to consult its customers in order to apply changes in services in response to the requests and demands of its guests.
