Colombia. The design of the Globant offices by the firm AEI Arquitectura e Interiores is the winner of the "Office Interior Design" category .
On September 20, the award ceremony of the International Property Awards was held in the city of Toronto, Canada, where the firm AEI Arquitectura e Interiores won the award for best Office Interior Design in the Central & South America's category in the subcategory Office Interior Design with the Globant Bogotá project.
Additionally, the architectural firm won the honorable mention of five Stars Award positioning the project as one of the benchmarks in corporate design in South America, a prestige that it shares with office spaces such as Microsoft Bogotá.
The International Property Awards are the largest and most widely recognized program in the world of architecture. This year they celebrate their 25th edition covering 45 categories of commercial and residential spaces.
The panel of jurors on this occasion was made up of eighty industry experts focused on rating the design, quality, innovation, originality and sustainable commitment of the projects, who chose Globant as the winning project in the 'Office Interior Design' category.
The design concept that led Globant to win this prestigious award was in charge of AEI Architecture and Interiors. Marta Gallo, managing partner of AEI, said that "The project captures the experience of the trip, especially when the journey involves a considerable distance. Reflecting on the starting point allows us to remember the meaning of the trip. In each of our projects we leave a little of ourselves as a team and as professionals. We are excited to leave the name of Colombian design high."
