Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios 2018 arrives at Mexico #EXNI

Mexico. Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios (EXNI), the most important summit of Real Estate in Latin America celebrates its fourth edition. In a day that includes two days, it summons the leaders of the real estate market to build business networks.

 The event will be held on November 7 and 8 at the Camino Real de Polanco Hotel, located in Calz. Gen. Mariano Escobedo No. 700, Anzures, 11590 Mexico City. "Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios brings together the main players of the entire Real Estate real estate chain: investment funds, developers, builders, brokers, architects, project management, among others.

An influx of more than 5 thousand people is expected, where attendees will be able to know the best real estate projects through the exhibition of about 350 proposals, in an area open to the public for free. With more than 120 stands and different investment options in the United States, Mexico and Latin American countries, EXNI is the best opportunity to do business and attract new customers.

In addition, more than 30 training workshops will be held for real estate professionals, given free of charge by distinguished companies and associations. The objective is to train and provide better tools for the development of the sector. The workshops will last one hour and will work on topics such as: digital marketing, finance, branding, real estate investment, trusts, protech, etc.

EXNI is organized by B2B Media and Inmobiliare Magazine, and is a space to exchange experiences with Real Estate leaders, analyze the panorama of the United States, Mexico and Latin American countries, as well as to visualize the challenges and challenges facing the market. "At this time of change of government, it is important to know what the public policies of the next six years are going to be and what is going to happen in Mexico. It is important to attend Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios, to know what the trends and perspectives of the real estate business will be from the point of view of the experts" says Erico García.

Within the framework of EXNI, the 7th Real Estate Business Congress will be held where the most influential leaders of the sector share their vision, knowledge and trends about the world of real estate nationally and internationally, delving into the problems, projects and challenges of the current market.

"The novelty offered by this edition is that we are inviting people from the government of the next six-year term to talk to us about infrastructure projects. We want to know: what is going to happen to our country? the perspective and expectation of people from the real estate business, what does it hold for the next six years? Where will the sector grow? It is a fundamental moment to make an event like EXNI because there will be a change in the policy and administrative management in Mexico, therefore the sector must be aware of the changes in terms of public policies, urbanism, sustainability, technology, in general especially those referring to cities " says the CEO of Inmobiliare.

The cost of the ticket is $9,500 pesos until October 31 and 10,500 until November 7. And among the most important figures that will be presented are: Rogelio Jiménez Pons next head of FONATUR, Víctor Manuel Requejo of BIM, André El-Mann de Funo, Augusto Arellano Ostos, General Director Evercore Mexico, among others. In addition, there will be a special panel made up of the most influential women in the industry: Gina Diez Barroso, CEO of Grupo Diarq, Carmina Zamorano, CEO of Carnan Properties, Claudia Ávila, General Director of AMPIP and Cristina Porras, Director of Mortgage Credit of Banregio, who will talk about their experiences and challenges in the sector.

"At Expo Negocios Inmobiliarios we will know where the markets and capital are moving, where investment funds are investing, which are the sectors with the highest growth, what are the trends, what is happening with technology, specifically with disruptive technology in Real Estate. Also, how the way of doing business is changing; and we can expect first-hand information from real estate experts, from the key players in the real estate business in Mexico, the United States and Latin America," says Erico García.

Nomad Living will have an important presence in EXNI as a gold sponsor, in addition to the general director of the firm, Jordan Malugen will have a participation as a panelist in panel Panel III: Investment in rental housing developments, investor perspectives, which will be held on Wednesday, November 7 at 11:20 am.
