It is presumed that in Europe the hiring modality referred to now as "false self-employed", professionals who are hired by a company as a third party, is increasing, which generates savings for the contracting company of up to 30% compared to an employee who is on the payroll.
Faced with this situation, the outsourcing sector and the business unions have drawn attention given that "these are people who do not comply with the legislation", such is the case of the hotel and tourism sector that, according to the secretary of the Federation of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of Workers' Commissions in the Balearic Islands, Ginés Díez, in statements for the virtual magazine Preferente, they should charge according to the hospitality agreement but they do not.
It is a trend now the figure of the freelance, even for positions such as the reception of the hotel. According to Díez, his fear is the evident growth that is coming from this type of hiring, with which hiring will become problematic.
