Colombia. From February 27 to March 1, the Colombian Council of Sustainable Construction will organize a new Sustainable Design Workshop for Buildings, which will be held in the city of Medellín.
Under the guidance of instructor and architect Esteban Martinez, (LEED AP BD&C) attendees will deepen their knowledge on how the concept of sustainable construction and friendly environment should take into account energy consumption, indoor air quality and the comfort of its occupants.
The form of the building, its orientation and the interior spaces will also be part of the course, in order to know how they relate to the sun, the wind or the cycle.
