Mexico. The International Forum on Human Factors, Paradigm Shift, "A Different Perspective on Injuries", will be held on May 15 and 16 at the Hilton Santa Fe Hotel, Mexico City, and focuses as a spatialized event in Mexico and Latin America in terms of prevention of workplace accidents in 2025.
Attendees will have the opportunity to listen to speakers of international stature who will address the change of paradigms in security. New approaches in accident prevention will be explored, looking at the human factors that can lead a person to be injured even when wearing protective equipment. In addition, it will discuss why highly skilled workers still make dangerous decisions and how to improve occupational safety from an innovative perspective.
