FAMA and Tinsa Mexico offer a presentation on optimization and modernization

Mexico. The most recent advances in modernization, optimization and use of technological resources, not only for office buildings, but for any type of facility in which people have access and there are accesses, rooms, frameworks, exits and security within any type of enclosure, were explained to the attendees of the conference "Digital Tools for the management of assets and real estate". in which executives from the Spanish company FAMA Systems and Tinsa Mexico participated.

By Vladimir Martínez

During the event, held at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico City, those in charge of solutions in buildings and venues, as well as those in charge of facility management, attended and asked various questions to the speakers, led by Ángela García, General Manager at FAMA, and Rafael Hernández, Director of Marketing of Specialized Valuation of Tinsa Mexico.

In an interview with Gerencia de Edificios (Building Management), Ángela García said: "We put technology at the center so that all the services that are around the discipline of facility management are easily integrated. We use the information that already exists in the company. From very early stages, we get people to embark on the project, not only from the point of view of the manager, but also from the point of view of all the users of those spaces and, in addition, from the point of view of the suppliers who help a space or a facility to operate, whatever the purpose for which it was conceived."

He stressed that FAMA's solutions can be properly applied to each customer need: "We believe that our technology can significantly help all organizations in this regard. This technology is multi-sector and multi-activity, because all the spaces where there may be occupants, all the spaces where there may be a service that is received or a provider that attends, need to be managed."

He assured that there is not a single type of facility to which FAMA's technology is directed: "There is no specific sector that receives this technology, there is no specific industry that receives this technology, but rather the common denominator is all the places that need to be managed and that, due to their magnitude, geographical size or dispersion, require technology like ours."

On the Mexican market, García added: "I would say that we are in an incipient stage, with an opportunity and an absolutely exponential growth, because companies increasingly want to be competitive. We have operations in Colombia, Panama and the Dominican Republic, but, without a doubt, Mexico is the market with the most opportunities."

During the presentation, Rafael Hernández, from Tinsa Mexico, commented: "It is very real that each company has its own history and needs; they are going to create their own film, they are going to have different problems, different needs and we are going to be able to create opportunities together. What we are looking for is to support them very well and that they stay with the idea that, in the end, we do this on a daily basis and we have a great deal of experience. What we are looking for most are long-term relationships with you."
