Chile. Global corporate real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of Rafael Nolazco as the new country manager for Chile. In addition to leading operations in the country, he will be in charge of the company's offices in Argentina and Uruguay.
In this role, Nolazco will assume responsibility for leading local operations and strengthening business lines in the three countries, including Brokerage, Facility Management, Project Management, Valuation and Market Research, in the office, logistics, industrial and other markets.
Nolazco has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector and in corporate asset management. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009, in Argentina, as director of Asset Services. After working in another company in the sector, he returned in 2016 as head of the Brokerage area in Argentina and was later appointed regional director of development for South America, a position that covered Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay, incorporating Brazil in 2023.
The civil engineer from the University of Buenos Aires and MBA from the Center for Macroeconomic Studies of Argentina (CEMA) will focus his management on the positioning of Cushman & Wakefield in Chile and on strengthening the presence in Argentina and Uruguay.
"Taking on this challenge in Chile and the Southern Cone represents a great opportunity to continue promoting innovation in a sector that demands increasingly sustainable solutions adapted to the new dynamics of the corporate real estate market," said Rafael Nolazco.
