Choice Hotels offers its guests an organic breakfast alternative
In the largest initiative of the food service industry in Scandinavia, the Choice Hotels chain will implement in its 163 hotels in this region of Europe a breakfast with organic products. The decision stems from the good reception of a pilot project implemented during 2007 in three hotels of the chain in Scandinavia. Choice's goal is not only to cater to the health of its guests, but also to boost the production and cultivation of organic produce.
