Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler and Hideaways Tatlers placed several Orient-Express hotels in Peru on the list of the best in the region or the world.In the 14th annual survey of Travel + Leisure magazine, Hotel Monasterio ranked fourth among establishments in Mexico, Central and South America; and in the list of the 500 best hotels in the world, also of the magazine, the Miraflores Park Hotel and the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge were mentioned.
Likewise, the Hotel Monasterio was considered the accommodation with the best quality of rooms by the Conde Nast Traveler magazine of the United Kingdom in The Golden List 2009, its latest guide that shows the best hotels in the world. The Peruvian establishment obtained a score of 96.64 out of 100. In this same edition the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge was honored with the mention: hotel with the best location, with a score of 98.63.
For its part, Las Casitas del Colca received a mention in Los101 Best Hotels of 2009 from the Hideaways Tatlers tourist guide and in the list of 45 new hotels of Travel + Leisure.
