Newhotel Software Colombia reported that it has received the ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification granted by the global certifying body Bureau Veritas, which represents for this company the most important achievement in its existence.
"This important recognition is the result of the teamwork, leadership and commitment assumed by all the members of Newhotel Software Colombia, including Senior Management, which, aware of the challenge, provided the necessary resources to fulfill the mission," says the official statement of the Colombian company.
The certification has a scope in the commercialization, implementation and technical support of software for the hospitality sector in Colombia, "which indicates that the company has the processes of continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions, focus on the client, control of documents and records, human resources and senior management, which are necessary to meet the requirements of customers."
After the recognition, Newhotel Software Colombia assured that it will continue with its process of continuous improvement in the performance of management indicators.
