The main tourist cities of Argentina have reported very positive movements in terms of hotel occupancy refers to this principle of summer holidays.
The city of Iguazú reported that just arriving the summer holidays already registers 85% of the hotel capacity occupied.
The hospitality entrepreneurs of the city of the falls expect that by the end of the week 100% occupancy will be reached. They expect the arrival of both Argentines from other cities and foreigners, especially from neighboring countries and Europe.
This good record is thanks, in part, to the tourist diffusion that has been given to the Iguazu Falls and its participation as a wonder of the world.
The same is happening in Bariloche, where so far 70% of hotel occupancy is recorded.
As explained by Rubén Kodjaián, president of the Gastronomic Hotel Chamber of Bariloche, "there is a very good occupancy in all segments of the hotel industry" and added that "the high season began very busy for Bariloche".
He also predicted that at the end of these two weeks of summer vacations he expects that the hotel market in that city will mark an occupancy rate close to 80%.
