Colombia. The Colombian Council of Sustainable Construction will present a conference called "Sustainable construction in figures: the case study for Colombia" within the framework of TecnoEdificios, the expo and congress for the operation of buildings, which will be held at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center in the city of Medellín, from June 4 to 6.
The talk that will be held on Friday, June 6 at 9:00 a.m. is part of a complete two-day academic program offered by the event, which also includes topics that address a wide range of issues of vital importance for the optimization of operations in a building such as security, air conditioning, management, sustainability, among others.
The talk "Sustainable construction in figures: the case study for Colombia", will be given by Ana María Zambrano (pictured), Regional Director of the Colombian Council of Sustainable Construction. Zambrano is a Civil Engineer from the School of Engineering of Antioquia, a specialist in environmental management in development projects, and has a master's degree in Environment and Development from the National University of Colombia, Medellín headquarters.
