Raúl Huitrón Riquelme is an architect graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and Master in Architecture -Technology- from the same university with Honorable Mention. He also has specialized studies at LAVAL Université, Quebec, Canada.
