Colombia. The savannah of Bogotá continues to be the epicenter of business, commercial and tourist expansions. This is the case of Tocancipá, where the Oikos Group will develop a new hotel for entrepreneurs.
US$15 million will be the investment. The resort will feature 160 rooms, an event convention center, specialty meeting rooms and spa areas for corporate guests.
The initiative is due to the fact that the directors of the Oikos Group are comfortable with the results achieved with the Factory Inn hotel that is located in the industrial area of 80th Street, west of the capital.
"In this hotel the success achieved in terms of occupancy and profitability for investors exceeded expectations, being hotels specialized in specific segments without competition, reaching averages of 75% to 80% occupancy per year," said Luis Aurelio Díaz, manager of the construction firm
