Latin America. Recently Samsung Electronics presented a wide range of air conditioning and control to provide energy efficient air conditioning and heating solutions to the hotel sector.
The company has carried out a rigorous study that meets the specific demands of each building in order to offer the hotel sector the air conditioning solution that best suits their demands based on various intrinsic conditions, as is the case with materials, the occupation season, spaces, maintenance, environmental impact and costs, as well as possible problems in terms of energy loss and poor ventilation.
"At Samsung we are aware that the hotel sector needs to adopt solutions that fit their needs, and that also represent significant energy savings. Having adequate air conditioning solutions and equipment helps reduce consumption and increase efficiency, and that is why our R&D teams have worked on air conditioning and control solutions for the conditioning factors of each hotel". Says Natalia Muñoz, Director of Home Appliance at Samsung Electronics.
In this sense, the company proposes air conditioning solutions based on totally innovative and efficient technologies that allow working with very high ratios between capacity and consumption, and apply heat recovery to solutions to reduce energy expenditure. Therefore, the points of improvement that Samsung proposes in the development of its equipment are: Versatility of the new variable refrigerant flow systems (CVR), heat recovery to produce domestic hot water (DHW) and efficient ventilation.
Likewise, Samsung's air conditioning solutions offer new tools such as the Zen Manager mobile climate control system, which facilitates mobility by controlling the device from the Smartphone and convenient monitoring of control and operating parameters.
Samsung's air conditioning solutions are reinforced by its new "DVM Hydro" equipment for the production of water at low and high temperature from 5ºC to 80ºC and the possibility of recovering heat, and "DVM S Water" with variable coolant flow unit condensed by water; as well as air conditioning equipment ranging from wall splits to more industrial systems, such as ducts and cassettes with market-leading performances and sound levels.
