Mexico. Meinardo Villalba García, account manager of ISS Mexico in the state of Sonora, received recognition for his work as a provider of warehouse, laundry, maintenance, fumigation, gardening, cleaning and vehicle control services for the Federal Center for Social Readaptation of that state.
The general management of the center highlighted the commitment and quality in the services provided by this professional and his important role in maintaining the constant operation of the establishment under the highest levels of quality.
Villalba, who has been working for a year and a half with ISS but has 18 years of experience in the Facility Management sector, said that when he was on the other side, on many occasions he demanded from that position without knowing the process that is carried out by the supplier company, so it is a great experience now to know the other side of the coin.
"Today I understand many concepts and processes so the approach and support to employees is a very important factor to be able to carry out any project, without the support of our collaborators it would be difficult to meet our objectives, said Villalba.
And he added that "it is a satisfaction that the end customer on site recognizes the work of the entire ISS Mexico team."
