Mexico. Due to the economic and industrial development currently presented by Querétaro, Mexico, Colliers International expects a 50 percent growth in the company's operations in this state. This was made known by Javier Limelín, CEO of the firm for Latin America.
This is in addition to the record results recorded in 2014 by the company in this locality, with an increase of 200 percent compared to previous years.
In addition, Limelín explained that at the national level the company also saw positive results with an increase of 10 percent in 2014 and an expectation for 2015 of growth close to 25 percent.
"The orderly growth of Queretaro, is generating investment, attracting companies and creating employment which increases the demand for space both for houses, as for the commercial issue, services, and of course to occupy first-class offices," explained the official.
