International. The service support company Sodexo, was included in the Top 50 of the best companies for female employees in the ranking published by the prestigious newspaper The Times. This list highlights UK-based organisations that are leaders in providing a level playing field for their workers.
This is the second consecutive year in which the company is included in the list. In fact, following the publication of the list in 2014, Sodexo publicly pledged to release a detailed report of the gender pay gap, and rectify these discrepancies for its 34,000 employees in the UK.
In addition, the company conducted a gender study in the Facility Management industry, in which it was concluded that after announcing its commitment to gender equality, the company has received better ratings in indicators such as brand image, customer satisfaction, employee retention, employee engagement, organic growth and revenue.
