International. The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, IAOP, published its most recent ranking on companies dedicated to providing services under this modality. ISS Group achieved the highest rating in the four items evaluated by the members of the association, while CBRE, DTZ, Johnson Controls and JLL, also received good grades.
The IAOP rating is based on a star system in which 4 aspects are rated which are:
- Size and growth: measured by the level of income, employees and global presence.
- Excellence in delivery: demonstrated by the value created for the company's most important customers and its recognition in the industry.
- Programs and innovation: evidenced by the results of its innovation programs that offer value to its customers.
- Corporate Social Responsibility.
"Being named to the Global Outsourcing 100 ranking and achieving the top four-star rating in all four categories is not easy," said Michale Corbett, president of IAOP. "We are very pleased to recognize ISS for its excellence. Its four stars show the consistency of its performance," he added.
