Colombia. The Bima shopping center, located north of Bogotá, will add to its infrastructure a five-story tower, with eight commercial premises and 5,600 square meters of office area, under the name of Bima offices and with a necessary investment of $ 30,000 million pesos (US $ 12.5 million).
The firm in charge of the project, Architecture and Concrete, explained that the building will be designed with a focus on modular offices from 87 to 1,256 square meters. In addition, the property will be equipped with two meeting rooms, three access elevators, interior garden on the second floor and green terrace.
Gonzalo Parra, regional manager of Architecture and Concrete, told local media that "the start of construction is projected for July 2015 once the break-even point is reached, which is equivalent to the sale or lease of 60% of the total saleable area. In addition, the construction stage will last approximately 18 months, during which an average of 350 direct jobs will be generated."
