Mexico. According to information released by local media, the Real Estate Investment Trust in Mexico Fibra Uno (Funo) sent information to the Mexican Stock Exchange about the acquisition in Mexico City of three shopping centers.
The acquired properties represent a total profitable area of 34,103 square meters, with a current occupancy of 98.2%, and an estimated annual income of 135 million Mexican pesos (almost nine million dollars).
Funo explained that the first shopping center is the Cuauhtémoc Pavilion, with a dimension of 18,717 m2 of profitable gross area and an occupancy of 98%. The second, Plaza Misterios, with 7,971 m2 of gross profitable area and an occupancy of 99%; while the third is Super Plaza La Viga, with 7,415 m2 of gross profitable area and an occupancy of 98%.
