International. Eusebi Carles will join the work team of the Capital Markets & Consultancy division of the real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) in order to advise on the design, structure and execution of asset purchase and sale processes.
Carles has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, during which he has held different management positions in companies such as CBRE, Healey & Baker, Savills and AOS Studley. During his professional career he has participated in multiple real estate transactions, which together exceed half a billion euros.
Carles said that "I face this new stage with great enthusiasm. At present the investment market is tremendously active and we want to redouble our efforts by providing a greater range of services in this area, where we foresee levels of activity even higher than those achieved in the last two years."
