Colombia. Adriana Olaya, director for Colombia of the company 3g Office, spoke with the local media www.en-obra.com.co about the objectives of the company. Faced with the arrival of 3g Office in 2013 in Colombia, and the importance of the Latin American market for this Spanish company, Olaya said that "the expansion began in Panama in 2009, and depending on how we went there we decided to start expanding throughout the territory. In addition, after the issue of the crisis that occurred in Spain, they stopped looking internally, and began to observe options for foreign growth."
When asked about the importance of design in offices, the interviewee replied that "to a large extent it influences the productivity you have in a working day, in terms of productivity it means performance and in economic terms it has a very important relevance. Then space is going to help us be more productive."
Finally, Olaya explained that an ideal corporate space is one that "is rationally thought in terms of media optimization, that is, that are not convenient for the corporation, especially if they are very radical changes, which take into account future conditions, prepared for any change."
