These trends can be seen applied in four domestic spaces at the Trends Forum in Light + Building, which will be held from March 13 to 18, 2016, in Frankfurt, Germany.

In the Progressive & decorative space, the most advanced innovations in combination with decorative aesthetics surprise the visitor. This space combines futuristic style and decorative elegance with craftsmanship and new technologies. It also considers how the world of science fiction should be. The answer is provided by the new 3D printing processes, LED and OLED technology, material and design possibilities. Surreal structures, made with the most innovative technology or through traditional craftsmanship, come together to form bold forms and create a completely new language of forms. The abstract form is combined with singular surfaces, with a hypermodern optics, new tonalities and transparencies.
Liberal & manifold is the space in which disparate and original ideas are combined naturally and without taboos. This youthful and multifaceted style rejuvenates the existing elements, brings a new air to the retro elements and, in this way, transforms them into a new piece. From a desire for unlimited experimentation and whimsical ideas emerge luminaries with a unique character. The Pristine & desirable space combines poetic and seductive designs as a source of inspiration in nature and botany. The evocation of nature is omnipresent: in its organic forms, in its natural color palette and in its plant motifs of flowers, leaves and plants. During the celebration of Light + Building, the designers of the design studio bora.herke.palmisano will offer visitors the possibility of deepening the sensations acquired in the Trends Forum through valuable orientations that they will transmit in daily conferences and a subsequent guided tour. The Trends Forum is located in the entrance hall between Halls 5.1 and 6.1.
