The retail industry in Mexico has reached sales of 421 billion dollars, according to the 2015 Global Retail Development Index of A.T. Kearney, which places the country within a stage of maturation and commercial development.
Inventory protection and worker accountability are crucial to retail operations, as embezzlement in this sector costs millions of dollars a year, whether with shrinkage, theft, and so on. The National Survey of Victimization of Companies of the INEGI, estimates that of every ten thousand economic units, 1,199 are victims of ant theft.

Place a control lock that manages access in warehouses or service warehouses in order to reduce product shrinkage;
Perform a monthly or bimonthly surprise audit, where access or exit to the facilities is not allowed;

Implement cameras and surveillance systems inside and outside the facilities;
Incorporate metal detector bars into access points;
Install access control systems to manage and control access points for staff and suppliers.
