International. The Eulen Group has set up a new company in Abu Dhabi, Eulen Management & Facilities Services, with local partner Ahmed Almazrouei Group (AAG), the company announced on Monday, almost three weeks after the death of its president and founder, David Álvarez.
The objective of the company created is to be able to operate throughout the UAE area (United Arab Emirates), as well as to take another step in the internationalization plan of the group.
Thus, Eulen FM&FS will provide Facility Services (cleaning, maintenance, gardening and environment, and auxiliary services) in a market with great opportunities for outsourcing and that has had an important growth during the last years.
In this way, the company expands its presence in the Middle East where last year it landed in Qatar and whose international expansion was also reinforced in 2014 with the creation of the company IdeaFM GmbH, together with the German group Dussmann, which allows the Eulen Group to provide facility management services in more than 30 countries.
