Argentina. The director of the Diploma in Management of Patrimonial Security, Marcelo R. López, announced exclusively to VENTAS DE SEGURIDAD, the details of this new training program that will be offered by the UCES (University of Business and Social Sciences) from next April.
It is worth emphasizing that the Diploma, according to Marcelo R. López, is oriented as a management tool for Director / Wealth Manager.

The training program highlights that in matters of Security we always refer to the importance and differences that exist between Citizen Security and Private Security. Each of these areas are clearly defined regarding the scope of Action and the Training they must have to be able to perform in the labor field (Bachelor's Degrees, Techniques, Diplomas Specific courses of the Private Security Law) but at present, there is another type of security which lacks a specific Training in relation to the importance it has: "Patrimonial Security".
The presentation of the program that Marcelo R. López shared with us also emphasizes that "Patrimonial Security occurs in the Business field and has a lot of links with Private Security and Public Security. Nowadays those who work in this labor orbit, are people who come from different areas that have nothing to do with Security and who generally occupy positions within the so-called 'Middle Managers' and therefore have little training and knowledge not only in Security, but also in Legal Aspects, Administration of Resources and Personnel in Patrimonial Security".
The proposal of this Course is to provide Security Professionals with current tools in the field of Legislation, Technology, Evaluation Instruments (Risk Analysis, Security Studies) Methods of Analysis (F.O.D.A, Mosler), knowledge in Principles of Finance, coaching / Teamwork, Personnel Management / HR to be able to carry out an excellent Security Management.
This academic initiative is especially aimed at Security Managers, Coordinators, Security Managers, Supervisors, Service Managers, Managers, Lawyers, R.R.H.H. Managers, Occupational Health and Safety Managers, Controllers, Auditors, Managers and Directors of Patrimonial Security and those who are related to Private and Corporate Security.
