Mexico. The municipal government initiated actions to beautify and revitalize the appearance of the Airport Boulevard in a 6-kilometer stretch from the Benito Juárez road distributor to the Millennium Bridge, with an investment of close to 2 million pesos.
According to the municipal president, Héctor López Santillana, with these actions of the "Revive" program the letter of presentation of the city will be improved, since the Airport Boulevard, extension of the López Mateos, is considered the most important access to the city.
The remodeling works on airport boulevard will bring together economic, material and human resources from different municipal agencies. They will be implemented in five operational stages, which will be completed in their entirety in approximately one month. The actions that will be carried out in this area include the removal of graffiti paint, repair of lighting poles, luminaires, cleaning of camellones, cleaning of signage, maintenance of traffic lights, maintenance of vegetation, removal of banners, drainage of sewers, among others.
