Based on the goals established by the client, this "one-stop-shop" organization, ITD provides a one-stop-shop service in the provision of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance services , as well as interaction with equipment suppliers .
The entire process is managed through its proprietary cloud maintenance management system, where:
Infrastructure and Assets:
- All equipment installed in the infrastructure, as well as the latter , are registered by the staff in their Infrastructure Maintenance Manangment System.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
- The infrastructure and equipment registered in the IMMS, in detail with location, status, photographs, remaining life time , guarantees, etc., is scheduled in a preventive and predictive maintenance program previously agreed with the client.
Corrective Maintenance:
- Through the IMMS, the request for corrective maintenance service is 24/7 with a specific level of urgency.
Service Assurance:
The IMMS operation and support center ensures that services are provided in a timely manner.
- All repairs are accompanied by a report that is also registered with the IMMS.
- All repairs are inspected to ensure quality and compliance.
Analysis and control:
- The IMMS provides a tailored reporting capability.
- The reports are previously agreed with the client.
Reports generate intelligent information for decision-making and budgeting.
