The six lines on which its success is based are:
Avanza Proyecta. Engineering and architectural services are performed. Its technical office composed of architects, technical architects and industrial technical engineers carries out projects, studies, valuations and consulting services.
Avanza Cimenta. Construction and rehabilitation services are performed. These services are carried out both with its operating staff and with external personnel (it depends on zones). It has expert staff in all guilds.
Advance Repair. Management and processing of claims in various sectors (home, commerce, communities, etc ...), as well as repair by personnel of said claims. To manage this type of services, the company has staff from all the guilds that execute the works that have previously been managed by the processers in the office.
Advance Technique. This line of business manages compensable claims, which are those claims on which, under a telephone appraisal, you can have a clear criterion of coverage by the insurance company.
Advance Asset Management. This line of business is designed to provide adaptation and maintenance service to real estate assets from Credit Institutions, investment funds or Asset Managers, for subsequent sale or rental.
Avanza Facility. With this denomination all the services of "facility management" are managed. By this definition, maintenance or outsourcing services can be included in the management of real estate.
