Argentina. With the inauguration of "the BPN tower", Neuquén will have its first smart building built in the center.
The work has an area of 10,500 square meters on eleven floors and whose investment was 189 million pesos. It is part of the constructions that are called "smart building" or intelligent building, since all its elements will be monitored by means of a computerized system of building management, called "BMS Building Manager System".
The building, whose construction began in July 2014, has a basement for 70 vehicles, 20 bicycle racks, training rooms and auditorium for 200 people, open work spaces with capacity for 50 positions per floor, dining room and deck, 25 meeting rooms, informal meeting spaces on each floor, air and light patios, LEED standards certification, connection with the headquarters and new branches, parasols for light and heat regulation and fire detection system, among other outstanding features.
