The dynamic used by Euromoney is to invite all companies involved in the real estate sector to submit information on their activities, achievements and market opinions. Prizes are obtained on the information that is processed from the respondents.
For nine consecutive years since 2008, Colliers International has earned this recognition, as the country's leading corporate real estate services company.
In the ranking of Colombia it obtained the first general position in the category of Advisors and Corporate Real Estate Consultants, and in the subcategories it achieved the first place in: Valuation Companies, and in Market Research Development , respectively.
In Latin America it was also leading the first places, occupying the first place in Valuation and Market Research.
