Panama. With the presence of 24 speakers from 10 countries, including the finalists for Facility Manager of the year 2017, the eighth edition of TecnoEdificios & Seguridad was celebrated.
The Colombian Lilyana Mejía Ospina (Grupo Bancolombia) was chosen as Facility Manager of the year 2017 by the magazine Gerencia de Edificios y TecnoEdificios & Seguridad, thanks to the vote of her readers and visitors, respectively. Lilyana was accompanied by the finalists, the Argentine Carlos Fabián Burgos (Favaloro University Hospital Foundation), the Colombian Juan Pablo Catillo (Sodexo) and the Mexican Víctor Manuel Islas (Independent).
TecnoEdificios & Seguridad 2017 was the best opportunity to bring together and train the facility managers of the region on trends and technologies of modern building management.
Attendees also had the opportunity to attend guided technical tours of the Panama Canal, Business Park Building and Town Center Shopping Center, where they appreciated first-hand the reality of building management in Panama.
