One of the most important conditions to choose a good outsourcing company is the professional training of its employees and good practices. This was assured for the International News Agency Efe, the president of the Spain chapter of the Association of Outosourcing Companies (EOA), Juan Luis Rodríguez Sánchez.
This association, with subsidiaries in different European countries such as Germany, Austria, Great Britain, England, Belgium, France, Italy and Spain, was born in order to promote and disseminate good practices, support the development of professional skills and promote an ethical and legal framework of the profession.
According to Rodríguez, outsourcing is a win-win service, ranging from the most basic ones such as the maintenance and cleaning of a building to the most sophisticated services.
The association indicated that this modality accounts for 40% of the information technology market, only in Spain and that it has been growing at a rate of between 5 and 6% per year.
For the executive, the trend points to continued growth and that, as evidenced in recent months, the segments that present the greatest development and the highest volume are financial, telecommunications and health.
