In addition to establishing the rates that must be paid depending on the category of each hotel or restaurant, the issue of retroactive forgiveness for establishments that comply with obligations, bonuses for annual advance payment, the elimination of percentage by occupancy level and the VAT discount were included.
The agreement was signed by the vice president of the Federation, Claudio Aguilar, and the legal advisor of the Dac, Iván Posse Molina, also attended by the president of the Dac Carlos Galettini, the secretary general Horacio Maldonado and the executive director Luis Alberto Mangiavillano.
On behalf of the Department of Intellectual Rights of the Federation, Alejandro Moroni and Fernando Desbots were present. Gabriel Salgado, representative of Legal Affairs of the Dac also participated. As mediator during the process was Mr. Carlos Gómez Alfonso.
