The Galician hotel chain Attica 21 Hotels has announced an interesting and innovative initiative that seeks to include within its customers the blind population or with diminished visual capacity, it is about having a Braille version of the restaurant menu of all the establishments of the firm.
The objective is to allow this type of people to enjoy normally and full autonomy the services available to the property, especially in what has to do with gastronomy.
The restaurants of the chain that will make this initiative available to their customers are Attica 21 Coruña, Spa Attica 21 Villalba and As Galeras Hotel Apartamentos (Bastiagueiro, Oleiros), Attica 21 Barcelona Mar and Aparthotel Vallés (Sabadell).
In this way, the chain advances in its philosophy of creating "hotels that think about people" and, thus, reinforces every day its social commitment and to provide well-being to all its customers.
Within its plans to include various minorities, the chain also recently implemented an agreement with the Association of Celiacs of Galicia in order to offer gluten-free menus for guests who preserve this way of life, which leads Attica 21 Hotels to become the first Galician chain to offer this type of services.
