The Hotel and Rest Bar of Selva Jasy de Iguazú, in Brazil, was awarded by the online search engine TripAdvisor with the five-star certificate for its "Excellence in Hospitality 2012", this recognition is granted thanks to the comments and the score that the tourists who stayed in the establishment make of it.
According to Daniel Rieb, "it is a recognition of the collective effort made up of women and men from Puerto Iguazú committed to the same project. It is the result of the work of the entire human team that makes up the staff of the establishment, and comes to reinforce the firm conviction and environmental, social and service values that the hotel provides to all visitors".
From TripAdvisor sent the certificate to the hotel granting the award, it should be noted that less than a month ago the Iguazu Falls was also deserving of the certificate as "Destination of Excellence", by the same company.
The hotel offers personalized service in an environment of nature, jungles and waterfalls. Its philosophy is based on principles of commitment to the environment and respect for culture.
Rieb attributes this recognition to the excellent human quality and its intense training program that includes English courses, responsible environmental practices, hygiene and food handling.
