The 35 buildings that already have Leed certification in Mexico, and 45 more that are in the process of obtaining the seal, will be joined by the business center of the Torre Prisma building of Insurgentes Sur, a new property of the firm Iza Business Center that will have the distinctive.
The architectural project had an investment of US $ 10 million and will join the list of smart buildings in that country with the certificate that highlights it as a leader in energy and environmental design, a title delivered by the Council for Green Buildings of the United States.
The tower will be a business center that will house SMEs and large companies, it will be strategically located to enable a better location for the entrepreneurs who inhabit the place.
According to Federico García Iza, this certification supports the smart building category. This is an "all-inclusive" office model, where entrepreneurs are offered all the services that an office needs, which represents a saving of up to 40% for those who rent a premises.
