It was launched on the market a few days ago ADMITE, a web tool that facilitates and effectively manages the Technical Inspection of Buildings designed by Wolters Kluwer Spain.
This tool responds to the regulations that are being generated in recent days on the needs of verification, review and maintenance of buildings that meet a certain construction time. In the case of Spain, this requirement is mandatory for buildings older than 50 years of construction.
In Latin America, on the other hand, this review is not mandatory in all regions but its need has been gaining strength, thanks to the fact that an effective inspection allows to increase the safety of the neighbors and extend the useful life of the buildings.
This system simplifies and automates most of the administrative tasks of the ITE, while offering personalized and adjusted information on the properties. In this way, it will allow managers to be more efficient and therefore increase their income.
The Wolters Kluwer tool has already been implemented and is currently working successfully in the City Councils of León (capital), Las Rozas and Galapagar, in Spain.
It is compatible with any online operating system and devices. It is available in Spanish, Catalan, Valencian, Galician and Basque. It contains a strict security of access and storage, complying with the parameters of the Data Protection Law required for Public Administrations.
