Brazil. According to the Southern Brazilian Association of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation (Asbrav), recent sales of air conditioning equipment will positively impact the market in the Rio Grande do Sul region.
The entity ensures that for the past end of the year parties the preference of consumers is inclined to get Splits of between 9,000 and 12,000 BTUs with hot / cold option.
Asbrav highlights that one of the novelties of the holidays was the rise in the demand for portable air conditioning, especially between 10,000 and 12,000 BTUs.
A study conducted by the local Federation indicates that sales of these products will increase by at least 20% compared to the same period in 2012.
