International. Honeywell announced the release of its WIN-PAK 4.4 software package, an update to its popular integration software that now has, among other improvements, an improved user interface, as well as the release of WIN-PAK software for Galaxy, specially designed for the graphical management of Honeywell's Galaxy Dimension anti-intrusion control panels.
Available in several versions, the WIN-PAK software package has been designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMBs) that manage their security internally. WIN-PAK allows centralized management of all tasks across locations/facilities, reducing the number of visits and the time required to perform common tasks. In addition, WIN-PAK can be upgraded and expanded to meet current and future user needs.
Along with the ability for the end user to manage and monitor anti-intrusion, access control and video systems, WIN-PAK 4.4 introduces several new features, including a simpler user interface developed from feedback obtained from users. Common tasks, such as importing user data, are now easier to execute with just a few mouse clicks and with automated actions that save valuable time and resources. The presentation of information in active facility plans has also been improved, thus providing end users with a better user experience.
WIN-PAK for Galaxy is the newest addition to the WIN-PAK range, and offers dedicated user management for Galaxy Dimension. Similar to WIN-PAK 4.4, the software offers simplified controls to improve the user experience. With changing SMB security needs, WIN-PAK for Galaxy offers an easy path to upgrade or expansion by integrating access control and video, saving end users time and money.
The new WIN-PAK range offers installers additional advantages, including easier installation and optimisation of system management costs. WIN-PAK provides complete security management and monitoring software that adapts to all needs, regardless of environment, saving time during installation and training.
