A new project located in Paracas, Peru, began building the Aranwa Hotels Resorts & Spas group. With the laying of the first stone this week, the work began that will require an investment of more than US $ 8 million and is expected to be completed in 2014.
The new hotel complex will be in the province of Pisco, in the Chaco la Puntilla de Paracas and will have an area of 66,000 square meters, where visitors can enjoy its variety of services and the attractions offered by the area.
The property will have 100 rooms, will offer guests a sought-after bar service and two restaurants, swimming pool, tennis court, disco and convention center, taking advantage of the boom in meetings and corporate tourism.
It will be linked to the pier and will have a fully equipped spa with the aim of making well-being and health a primary element within the travel experience.
The owners of the establishment wanted this new hotel to bring together all the possibilities for the most varied range of travelers, both leisure, family and business. In addition, they have adopted within their processes environmentally friendly policies and the care of cultural wealth.
