Latin America. Voting is now open to choose the winner of the CALA Awards for the Most Innovative Management Project in Latam 2024, an award that is organized by Building Management and sponsored by Cuatroochenta and its brands FAMA and Checking Plan.
Voting to choose one of the three finalists will be open until October 9, the date on which the award ceremony will be held within the framework of the TecnoEdificios Congress, to be held in Mexico City on October 9 and 10.
The finalists are as follows:
• Gantenbein and his management project at the company Elevaciones Técnicas in Guatemala
• Pactia and its management project carried out in its own Pactia facilities in Colombia
• WeSer+ and its management project carried out at the Regional General Hospital of Mérida in Mexico
The three finalists will travel to Mexico City, to also participate in a panel on Facility Management in which they will present their projects and discuss the current state of the FM industry.
