Costa Rica and Colombia. TecnoEdificios Congreso y Expo, the event dedicated to the management of buildings and properties (facility management), will be held again in person at the Costa Rica Convention Center, on July 14, and at the Hilton Corferias Hotel in Bogotá, Colombia, on August 24 and 25.
TecnoEdificios 2021 will be held in conjunction with RefriAméricas & SolarTec (Costa Rica) and CleanTec Show (Colombia).
Professionals in facility management, electronic security, air conditioning, and related industries, interested in participating with a conference in the academic program that will be held during TecnoEdificios, can submit their proposals before April 15, 2021.
The requirements are as follows:
• Title of the technical conference (non-commercial).
• Summary (two paragraphs).
• Full name and professional profile of the speaker (with photo).
• Indicate the country where you are interested in participating (Costa Rica or Colombia).
Proposals should preferably follow the thematic axis for this academic program:
"The new dynamics of Facility Management: facing the challenge of optimizing the operation of buildings.
The reduced occupancy of buildings and the need to implement protocols and procedures to protect the health of occupants during the pandemic have made visible the importance of "hybrid" or mixed models of work assistance, as well as the optimization of energy consumption, technologies for the control of capacity, temperature and even internal location in buildings. This leads us to consider, how will the new models of occupancy and management of buildings be consolidated, maintaining high standards of operation and profitability?"
