Mexico. The Commission of Honor and Justice of the IMEI - Mexican Association of the Intelligent and Sustainable Building, A.C., announced that Eng. Santiago Morett has been appointed as President of the IMEI BOMA Mexico, during the period 2022-2023.
Mr. Morett is an industrial engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and has more than 15 years of experience in the world of Real Estate. Currently, he directs SERVIFE Real Estate Management, a firm specialized in real estate operation. His passion is property operation and management models, associated technologies, resource efficiency models and sustainability for buildings. He has been actively participating in the IMEI BOMA Mexico for more than 10 years.
The following are the four pillars on which Eng. Morett will sustain his presidency:
- Transparency in the generation of industry data.
- To be agents of change regarding inclusion and non-discrimination, as well as a source of good practices for those of us who are part of imei BOMA Mexico.
- Use the BOMA International platform as a tool for improvement of all professionals involved in the association.
- Promote BOMA International in our country to strengthen its position in the international Real Estate market.
