Latin America. Latin Press Inc., organizer of TecnoEdificios, Expo and Congress for the Latin American Facility Management industry, and its official media, the magazine Gestión de Edificios, announce the return of the event in its 11th edition, which this year will take place in two countries: on November 3 and 4, at the Hilton Corferias Hotel in Bogotá, Colombia; and in San Jose, Costa Rica, on November 10 and 11, at the Costa Rica Convention Center.
As is traditional in the events organized by Latin Press, during TecnoEdificios the Academic Congress will take place, with an agenda of 15 conferences presented by renowned Facility Managers, as well as experts in different cross-cutting areas to this industry, with a general theme that covers "The new dynamics of Facility Management: facing the challenge of optimizing the operation of buildings".
This academic meeting has the support and backing of the Panamanian Association of Facility Management (APAFAM), with more than 100 members and more than 50 associated companies.
Ana Mejía, Academic Coordinator of TecnoEdificios, comments that "for the return of TecnoEdificios in 2021, we will have a wide agenda of experts covering different areas of knowledge, both from the managerial field, to the most practical aspects of the operation and maintenance of properties, including energy efficiency and security".
In addition, at the end of the academic day in Bogotá, the Facility Manager of the Year 2021 award will take place, an activity in which Facility Managers from all over Latin America apply to receive a recognized award that has already been delivered in three previous versions of TecnoEdificios, and represents a special recognition of the work of these professionals in the management and administration of properties.

"We consider that the decision to carry out TecnoEdificios 2021 has been very successful, to meet and network after so long without face-to-face events," says Sandra Camacho, Project Manager of TecnoEdificios. The schedules of the Expo in Colombia will be from Wednesday, November 3 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., until Thursday, November 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the Academic Congress will be held on the same days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In turn, the schedules of the Expo in Costa Rica will be from Wednesday, November 10 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., until Thursday, November 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the Academic Congress will be held on November 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
In parallel with TecnoEdificios, Refriaméricas, Congress and Expo for the HVAC/R industry and SolarTec Americas, the Summit and Expo for the integration of solar energy systems, in Costa Rica, and CleanTec Show, Congress and Expo for the Cleaning, Cleaning and Professional Maintenance industry, in Bogotá, Colombia, will also take place.
